Job Summary:
At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our global team! Main responsibility of this position will be supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication with the customers, vendors, and other partners. 
Job Description:
  • Coordinate sales and operational activities across internal departments
  • Support account managers in providing excellent customer service 
  • Input business data into company databases
  • Support office administration activities
  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting sales and operational data
  • Assist with financial and bookkeeping activities
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Effective and polite in both written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Has great interpersonal skills and works well within a team
  • Able to analyze and solve problems independently
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales or office administration experience
  • Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, mathematics
